Kwunphi company regards maintenance as a crucial part of after-sales service and recommends that customers return to the factory for maintenance every three months or every 300 kilometers of cumulative usage. At the same time, it also takes into account the customer's customized maintenance plan and flexible selection of return to the factory for maintenance. Therefore, Kwunphi has developed a different maintenance plan, which is designed based on time, mileage, and big data in the Kwunphi backend. It is scientific, economical, effective, and convenient.

The core concept of the maintenance plan design is: every three months or every 300 kilometers of mileage maintenance is the "gold" node, and then every six months or every 600 kilometers of mileage is called "silver" node, such as only one year to do "red copper" node maintenance, it is recommended that it should not exceed 12 months or 1,200 kilometers of mileage at the latest.

Kwunphi maintenance is divided into three series, and customers can freely choose. Customers within the warranty period are also advised to choose maintenance, which can indeed help extend the lifespan of the equipment and improve its economic use. The maintenance plan is formulated based on the accumulated usage mileage (or time), and Kwunphi implements customized maintenance according to customer selection, including but not limited to professional maintenance, repair, replacement, and other contents. The three maintenance series are:

"golden node" maintenance package (1500 yuan/time) - cultivate good customer maintenance habits, prolong life, and increase efficiency;

"silver node" maintenance package (2800 yuan/time) - eliminates customer consumables concerns, making it easy and cost-effective;
